Azure Cloud Architect

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to join our team to design, develop and implement cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Azure services, architecture, and design patterns and experience in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Azure IoT to design and develop solutions for connected devices. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders including development teams, infrastructure teams, business analysts and project managers to deliver cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure platform.
• Define Azure architecture and design patterns to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions.
• Work collaboratively with development teams, infrastructure teams, business analysts and project managers to design and deliver cloud solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on Azure architecture and best practices.
• Develop and maintain Azure cloud policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure Azure cloud solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor Azure cloud solutions for performance, security, and cost optimization.
• Design and develop solutions for connected devices using Azure IoT services.
• Participate in continuous improvement of Azure cloud services and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Azure cloud architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong experience in Azure services such as Azure VMs, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Identity, Azure Security, Azure Monitoring and Azure IoT.
• Deep understanding of Azure architecture and design patterns.
• Experience in designing and delivering scalable, secure and high-performance cloud solutions on Azure platform.
• Strong experience in deploying and managing Azure services using automation tools such as ARM templates, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.
• Strong experience in Azure security and compliance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Azure Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure Security Engineer, or Azure IoT Developer are desirable.
